Rongya Transportation Co., Ltd. was established in 1990 and has been deeply involved in Taiwan’s sightseeing and transportation industry for over 30 years. The company’s founder is one of the earliest pioneers in Taiwan to enter and develop the tourism industry, accumulating more than 60 years of practical experience. He has witnessed and participated in the growth and transformation of Taiwan’s tourism industry for half a century.

The origin of Rongya can be traced back to 1961 when the Hongqiao Touring Company was founded, initially serving Japanese tourists and successfully promoting the early wave of tourism in Taiwan. Subsequently, between 1965 and 1966, the company established two other touring companies, Qiao Ya and Jianqiao, with a fleet that once reached over 70 vehicles, becoming a leading company primarily serving foreign tourists at the time.
